Returns & Refunds for Parts and Supplies
At Leander, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Note: This policy applies to parts and supplies only. For chiropractic tables, please refer to your Owner’s Manual and Operator’s Guide for warranty and return information.
1. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.
- Email Service@Leandercare.com to request a return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened items
- Upholstery (all upholstery sales are final)
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Close-out or clearance items
4. Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged
- If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at Service@Leandercare.com
If you ordered the wrong item:
- Submit a return request
- Place a new order for the correct item once your return is approved
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time depends on your card issuer
