These hand-adjustable knobs secure the face cushions to the cervical frame alongside two other bolts lower on the cervical frame, which require hand tools to adjust. While the bolts offer more permanent positioning, the knobs make it easy to offer comfort in cushion spacing on the fly for individual patients.
