Keep the correct replacement fuses on hand for both older and newer Leander tables. This universal kit includes the fuse combination used across table configurations.
Kit Includes
- Two 10A fuses
- One 6A fuse
Tables built before July 2021 may use a 6A fuse in one application. Subsequent tables utilize 10A fuses for both flexion and uplift. By including both ratings, this kit provides the appropriate replacement options for either generation.
How to Check a Fuse
Always unplug the table before removing or inspecting a fuse.
The most reliable test is a multimeter set to continuity mode. Place one probe against each metal end cap:
- A beep or near-zero resistance generally indicates a good fuse.
- No beep or an open/infinite reading indicates a blown fuse.
For a quick preliminary check, hold one metal end of the fuse with your fingers and try using the opposite end like a stylus on a capacitive smartphone screen. An intact fuse may transfer your touch through the fuse and operate the screen; a blown fuse generally will not. This method is not definitive, as screen protectors and touchscreen sensitivity can affect the result. Use a multimeter when possible.
Fuse Holder Damage
Inspect the fuse holder before installing a replacement. If its housing, cap, threads, or electrical contacts are cracked, broken, burned, or otherwise damaged, please contact Leander for the correct replacement fuse holder and fuse. Do not operate the table with a damaged fuse holder.
Replace fuses only with the correct type and rating for the application. Contact Leander if you are unsure which fuse your table requires.
