Cervical Lift Strut Retrofit Actuator

The Cervical Lift Strut Retrofit Actuator Assembly is a silver, powder-coated, cable-actuated interface that connects a new compatible gas strut to the cervical frame on select legacy Leander tables that used a mechlok to control cervical lift/tilt. If your table already has a gas strut controlling Cervical Tilt, you do not need this retrofit part.

Its cable-actuated design provides smooth operation and variable locking positions, allowing clinicians to adjust and secure the cervical frame at the desired height.

Important: This listing includes the adapter only. The gas strut, cable, and other mounting hardware are not included unless specifically stated. The only hardware included is replacement cable attachment clips.

If your table currently has the older Mechlok-style cervical tilt mechanism, you must also purchase the compatible 500N gas strut to complete the conversion. Please contact Leander with your table’s serial number if you need help confirming compatibility or identifying the additional parts required.
